Christmas Remembering

A special ornament in honor of my dear parents, and my sweet daddy's, "Old Blue" truck.

Stories when our children were young.

Remembering the pretty dresses Mother made for my sister and me. And then sewing for my daughter when she was little, too.

The hundreds of ornaments I made to sell when the children were younger. All to buy Christmas toys for them.

Mother and Daddy making Christmas special for us, each and every year.

My sister and I singing Christmas carols in the backseat of the car.

Our own Christmas baby!

Our children waiting for Santa!

Decorating the outside of the house and the neighborhood glowing with Good Cheer!

Rudolph dancing on the roof!

Christmas blessings!

To all my dear blogging friends!

May your hearts and homes be blessed.

This year I decorated with lots of childhood memories of Christmas past. Santa brought lots of cheer!

But, truly, for me, my heart belongs to Jesus at Christmastime. It is the time we celebrate His birth. I am so thankful.

  6. Dear Patti,

What a beautiful Christmas home, decorated with sweet memories of your loving family and Christmases past. You know I can't take my eyes off your red and white decked out corner hutch, don't you?! The entire room with that gorgeous tree just shines with the true reason for the season, our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy 2014! All the best!

    Big Holiday Hugs,
